Of course. You just need to be committed and put in the effort. There always are people who don't believe in you, but the only person who really needs to believe is you.

    What is a healthy diet?
    wikiHow Contributor

It depends on whether you want to stay fit or grow muscle. If you want to stay fit, you must eat 3 times a day, mainly proteins and lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. You must also workout 3 times a week for 1 hour at least. If you want to grow muscle, you must eat proteins, fats, etc., and you must also workout much harder, 4 times a week for two hours at least.

  • Question
I'm a soccer player. I started playing soccer from a young age, and I still play at 21, I'm still hoping that I will be a professional soccer player. Will this happen?
    Adam Blyth

The only way to become a professional is if someone is scouting you at a soccer match. Scouts will tend to look for players under the age of 16, so your chances are quite slim. Sorry.
